User Experience Designer Adecco Abu Dhabi

Adecco is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior User Experience Designer to join one of the client base in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize digital products and experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.

About the Role

• Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
• Create and maintain design assets, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across digital products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design, and share insights with the team.
• Assist in the implementation of designs using HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies (optional).

Requirements of User Experience Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Proto.io, or Axure.
• Basic understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a designer.
