Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is hiring for role of Used Car Evaluator in Dubai. The job holder role mainly will be to evaluate and inspect all used cars and prepare inspection report based on assesment carried out. This is an entry level full time role requiring sufficient experience in automotive service center.

Responsibilities of Used Car Evaluator

• Establish good customer relations by providing relevant information on customer queries effectively.
• Perform the Vehicle Inspection in a safe, courteous & professional manner.
• Complete the inspection report accurately within the stipulated time.
• Complete the appropriate documentation for the accepted offers and forward it along with the vehicle it to the operation team.
• Responsible for effective coverage of the assigned territory.
• Comply and implement the local laws and client’s requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.
• Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by line manager.
• Conducting market research to identify potential sources for acquiring used vehicles.
• Inspecting vehicles thoroughly to assess their condition, including mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic aspects.
• Estimate the repair cost of the car based on the inspection report.
• Verifying vehicle documentation, including titles, registration, and service history.
• Communicating effectively with supervisor to explain valuation findings and repair estimation.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to vehicle appraisals.
• Coordinating vehicle transportation and logistics if necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle acquisitions, expenses, and inventory.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vehicle suppliers and dealerships.

Requirements for Used Car Evaluator

• Diploma or Graduate in Automotive /Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Automotive service center.

Skills Desired

• Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong technical expertise in understanding of engine, parts/ components.
