Job Description

Home Appliances industry in Dubai is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join their team as a Trolley Boy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing shopping carts and trolleys in their parking lot, ensuring they are readily available for customers and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities of Trolley Boy

Retrieve shopping carts and trolleys from the parking lot and return them to designated areas.
Ensure that shopping carts are clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.
Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases as needed.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding areas.
Empty trash receptacles and keep the premises free of debris.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
Provide assistance to customers and fellow employees as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements of Trolley Boy

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience of less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including shopping carts and bags.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
