Import/Export industry in Khaleej Times are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Cart Attendant/Trolley Boy. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and availability of shopping carts/trolleys, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall efficiency of our store operations. Responsibilities of Trolley Boy

• Retrieve and organize shopping carts/trolleys from the parking area and throughout the store premises.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of carts/trolleys, ensuring they are sanitized and in good working condition.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading purchases, offering a helpful and friendly demeanor.
• Monitor and manage cart/trolley inventory to ensure an adequate supply is available for customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain a neat and organized store entrance.

Requirements of Trolley Boy

• Physically fit and able to load weight.
• Less than 1 year experience are preferred and Fresher can apply.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, and lifting carts/trolleys.
