EDGE Group is actively hiring highly qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of a Trials & Prototype Workshop Coordinator. The selected candidate will work closely with T&P manager and personnel to coordinate and execute administrative tasks related to all activities related to testing, prototype build and the NIMR test track. The primary objective of this role is to ensure continuous workshop operation and availability of equipment as well as maintaining HSE requirements and test track operation.

Responsibilities of Trials & Prototype Workshop Coordinator

  • Track all T&P project costing for projects, TR’s and PWR’s on a weekly basis (Labour and Material).
  • Manage consumable lists for workshop and trials.
  • Arrange monthly consumable stock takes.
  • Order consumables monthly to maintain minimum levels.
  • Assist T&P personnel with orders and proposals for repair and maintenance of T&P equipment.
  • Generate eRequester PR’s for T&P equipment and projects.
  • Track T&P eRequester PR’s / PO’s.
  • Perform test track administration tasks as per Test track Operation Procedure.
  • Maintain the list of tie-down and lifting equipment.
  • Arrange certification and testing of lifting equipment.
  • Ensure department HSE compliance on a continuous basis.
  • Implement an incoming part receiving and tracking system.
  • Manage (receive, store, issue, track) all incoming test or proto items by receiving and allocating to test or proto project.
  • Assist in tracking warehouse issue of materials to T&P.
  • Assist in timesheets for shopfloor personnel.
  • Assist with parts tracking during proto build.
  • Assist in all logistics for trials.
  • Perform general departmental administration tasks as required.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for in role of Trials & Prototype Workshop Coordinator are as under:

  • Bachelors Degree in Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in PA / Department / Company administration.
  • Experience in logistic arrangements for personnel.
  • Experience in cost tracking and procurement.
  • Ability to follow oral, written, email, and text message instructions.
