Job Description

Transguard Group presently has a job opening for qualified candidate for the position of a Transactional Shared Services Administrator in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking of the passports that are being released and received in the passport room. This involves regularly updating or checking the necessary systems, such as excel trackers, oracle systems and Power BI, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Overall, the passport control administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the passport control system.

Duties of Transactional Shared Services Administrator

Financial

  • Ensure all passports in storage are audited and tracked on oracle.

Customer

  • Ensure staff receive passports as per the SLA.
  • Communicate with the stakeholders on passport expiry and follow-up on renewals.
  • Update renewed passport data on Oracle.
  • Ensure someone files all the passports in order inside the storage cabinets.

Innovation

  • Develop new process to streamline the release of passports.
  • Enhance the current process for passport filing.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Transactional Shared Services Administrator are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any domain.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience required in filing and managing documents.
  • Previous experience on ERP systems is an advantage.

Skills Desired

  • Proficient in MS Excel and English language.
