Training Specialist (Standards & Compliance) at Emirates Airlines in Garhoud Area opposite to Airport Terminal 3, Dubai, UAE will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance of Emirates Group Security Training (EGST) in line with Emirates Group values, applicable regulatory requirements, national and international standards and best practices. Additionally, this will support training delivery processes and maintain training records for audit and regulatory review purposes, in line with the Security Management System. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Training Specialist

• Ensure EGST training content and trainer records are prepared and maintained for application to the GCAA in order to maintain EGST accreditation as an approved Aviation Security Training Organization in line with NCASTP requirements.
• Responsible to ensure management of attendance records and issue certificates where required.
• Ensure e-learning compliance, retention and maintenance of records for all security training courses, trainers and trainees.
• Support the security culture within the Emirates Group by enhancing security awareness through aircrew and ground personnel communications. Complete security training risk assessments and support other related functions and projects in line with the Security Management System.
• Compile performance statistics for trainers, trainees and training sessions, share these with the relevant stakeholders to ensure a continuous high standard of training delivery.
• Responsible to review, update and maintain security training assessments regularly to ensure question banks are in line with current training content and relevant security content in manuals.
• Conduct internal audits of EGST policies, procedures, trainer qualifications, course content and security training manuals in line with the NCASTP, IOSA, ISAGO and other relevant regulations and requirements.
• Manage and support the performance of the Administrators and develop their skills and knowledge. Oversee the EGST technical support for a seamless training delivery.
• Responsible for the monthly training schedules, third party billing through EGS Finance team and management of daily training reports.
• Support audio visual production and the e-learning portfolio for effective development and management of training content.
• Responsible for EGST facilities, resource maintenance and enhancement projects to effectively support training delivery, classrooms and inventory management.

Requirements for Role of Training Specialist

• Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent).
• 5+ Years experience in Aviation Security & Regulatory Compliance.
• Qualification as Auditor/Inspector is a plus.
