Job Description
Training Planner at Etihad Airways in Ahmed Jumaa Al Za-aabee Building, Al Sharqi Street, opposite Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre, Al Danah, Zone 1, Abu Dhabi, UAE will be reporting to the Head of Operation Planning. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient utilization of all Training Devices, facilities and Instructors whilst ensuring regulatory, mandatory and company required training is assigned for All customers Rosters. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-9000 AED/month.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Customers and Instructors rosters production and day to day operations (16/7).
- Responsible for the Instructor Training qualification and track of company and regulatory expiries.
- In charge to create and maintain crew training demand projections and associated Manpower requirements. To ensure sufficient coverage is meet to support the Business.
- Management of the Training software application that manages, monitors, and controls all training devices, classrooms. Instructors, and equipment for Etihad Aviation Training.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to manage the safe execution of the EAT Training plan. While achieving the regulators compliance and financial objectives of the company.
- Responsible for the coordination of the communication with Customers to properly direct all queries to the appropriate departments for action.
Requirements for Role of Training Planner
- Post-Secondary Education (i.e. diploma, degree and equivalent work experience in the field of Airline Operations)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working at an airline crew resources or approved training organization.
