Trainee Merchandising & Event Marketing Chalhoub Group Dubai

Chalhoub Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Trainee in Visual Merchandising & Event Marketing to join their team in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE. This unique role blends visual merchandising expertise with AutoCAD proficiency and event marketing skills. The candidate will be passionate about creating visually stunning displays, have a keen eye for detail, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising: Assist in designing and implementing visually appealing and effective in-store displays.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify floor plans, display layouts, and fixture designs.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure displays are aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Monitor and maintain the appearance of displays, ensuring they are always clean, organized, and attractive.
• Support the visual merchandising team in setting up and dismantling seasonal and promotional displays.
• Event Marketing: Assist in planning and executing in-store events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
• Help create marketing materials and content for events, including invitations, signage, and social media posts.
• Engage with customers during events, providing exceptional service and promoting their products.
• Analyze event performance and gather feedback to improve future events.

Requirements for Role of Trainee Visual Merchandising & Event Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience in visual merchandising, retail, marketing, or event planning.
