Trade Marketing Manager at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC in Sheikha Mariam Bldg, Al Maktoum Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE will play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing BTL strategies within brands guidelines as well as customers’ & shoppers’ expectations. Trade marketing manager is responsible for local brand development by analyzing large amounts of data and trends and then distribute to the customers. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-40000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Trade Marketing Manager

• Trade marketing support across all verticals (power retail and pharmacy channels) handling pharma, consumer and FMCG range.
• The candidate will work on following areas: working on new projects like preparation & presentation of plans, planning activities for existing agencies, liaising with sales on implementing these activities, Monitoring trade spends, Reporting trade spends to principals, arranging review presentations to principals on time, market survey coordination, liaising with internal cross functions
• Marketing Plans for brands across all verticals.
• Leads development of the Trade Marketing Strategies to achieve the defined business objectives.
• Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of marketing programs to improve market share.
• Ensure alignment of program developments with cross functional departments.
• Gathers market information and use it to develop relevant programs for the customers.
• Manage Ecommerce channel of business.
• Implement strong trade marketing plans with strategic retailers across all channels.
• Develop new business strategies & work on new initiatives.

Requirements for Role of Trade Marketing Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree & MBA in marketing, business administration, or a related field. (preferred)
• +10 years’ experience of handling & liaising with strong MNC companies with experience in similar roles (trade marketing), A&P handling, efficiency in review and presentations etc.
• Commercial experience is a must.
• Marketing experience (preferable but not must)
