Gulf International LLC presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and dedicated candidate for position of a Trade Marketing Executive in Sharjah. Job holder will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness through partner channels. Responsibilities of Trade Marketing Executive

  • Develops short term and long-term plans for the assigned brand and provide input to management on any/all aspects related to planning and development.
  • Tracking Sales, GP, Inventory, A&P and distribution on monthly basis.
  • Communicate and facilitate achievement of volume and value target on month wise/brand wise/SKU wise basis.
  • Track brand & competing brands performance through market audits and audit data.
  • Conducts regular meetings with the sales functions to discuss and share insights.
  • Ensures that all the sales activities are apply as per the brand’s guidelines.
  • Collaborates with the Sales function to ensure that promotional and sales campaign are implemented as per the brand’s guidelines.
  • Assist BM/PGM to monitor sale and control future forecast based on estimated consumption, prepone postpone of shipments.
  • Share effectiveness of promotions, identifying best performer SKUs, high return SKUs, with brand recommendations for future plans.
  • Ensures efficient & effective management of the finances through all necessary financial controls, systems & processes.
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of the business’s financial records.
  • Evaluate at SKU level; existing stock cover, lead times, sales forecast (including cycle/seasonal impacts) before preparing purchase orders for each supplier
  • Prepare analysis on forecast accuracy and communicate the same with all stakeholders to ensure, reliability of sales forecast and avoid overstocking
  • Works closely with various departments to identify gaps in standards, refine processes and procedures and establish guidelines, to increase the overall efficiency levels of all functions
  • Preparing and presenting Monthly Business Review reports as required.
  • Any other task as assigned by management.

Requirements for Role of Trade Marketing Executive

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration or international business.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Punctual, Presentable, good English communication verbal and written.
  • Advance in Excel knowledge of creating pivot master tables , PowerPoint, Word, BI.
  • Preferred having UAE retail knowledge, familiar with trade terms and part of BDA negotiations.
