Job Purpose of A Tennis Attendant
Ensuring the smooth operation of tennis facilities, assisting players, maintaining the courts, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties of A Tennis Attendant
- To occupy the tennis office, and fulfil receptionist responsibilities in J Club for the tennis program and assist with all other J Club programs in tennis and main reception.
- To clean and maintain the tennis courts, surrounding areas, associated tennis equipment and tennis reception area to the standards set by J Club.
- Assist any and all activity coordinators with their programmes as when directed by the Line Manager and Team Leader.
- Assist operations and in marketing the tennis program and other Sports programs to hotel guests and members.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- High School Diploma or internationally recognized degree.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience at 5* luxury hotel.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Proficient in spoken and written business English.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.
