Tenant Services Assistant at Alfahim will provide tenant after-care services and act as a daily link between the property management and facilities management teams to ensure maintenance and other requests are carried out in time meeting tenant satisfaction at all times. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-7000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Tenant Services Assistant

• Maintenance: Liaise with the facilities management team and third-party providers and advises them on property repairs or tenant maintenance requests.
• Ensure that process is follow and required work is carry out in time so that tenant satisfaction is assure.
• Property Inspection: Conduct regular inspections for the assigned properties to ensure facility condition. Equipment status and cleanliness with prior approval with line manager.
• Report findings to line manger as well as maintenance supervisor for action and highlight maintenance requirements.
• Provide status report for management review.
• Administration: Prepare and submit reports for various matters concerning existing tenants, ensure compliance with building and tenancy contract rules and regulations to minimize legal and reputational risk. Regularly visits all properties to prepare and submit report summarizing property conditions to assist the Management in future pricing and retention strategies.
• Customer Relationship: Develop and manage relationships with existing tenants/clients for limiting complaints to ensure retention and repeat business by enhanced customer satisfaction.

Requirements for Role of Tenant Services Assistant

• Diploma in business administrating or equivalent.
• 3 years of minimum experience in property leasing in UAE market within a reputed Real Estate Business.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Good command of spoken & written English.
