National Bank of Fujairah (nbf) is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of a Teller in Dibba Al Fujairah. Job Purpose of A Teller

• Fulfill customer requirements over counter by receiving cash, cheques, transferring amounts, in house clearing, outward clearing, issuing manager cheques and collecting charges for retail customers.
• Process all transactions accurately and within the office hours.
• Cross sell & refer high profiled customers to the CRO for further cross selling of bank products.

Job Duties of A Teller

• Carry out a range of banking transactions ensuring 100% accuracy in receipts and payments.
• Process all transactions accurately / with zero errors.
• Deliver best service to the customers as per bank rules.
• Accurately balance all tills at the end of each day’s transactions and highlight discrepancies (if any) to Teller Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank’s AML regulations & report to Teller Supervisor of any suspected frauds and counterfeits.
• Respond to internal and external customers promptly and courteously, always giving clarified information.
• Seek guidance or approval from Teller supervisor on any irregular or suspicious transaction / activity.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum High School.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Skills Desired

• Knowledge and skills to identify forged currency notes.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
