Duties of Telesales Team Leader

• Lead an outbound telesales unit of up to 20-25 telesales staff.
• Responsible for overall profitability of the Telesales channel.
• Drive the overall productivity of the team as per the assigned monthly and yearly targets.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs defined for outbound sales call center.
• Hiring, training and providing coaching and assisting team members.
• Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable policies of partner banks.
• Perform any other tele sales related tasks as assigned by higher authorities or which may fall within the scope of job duties.

Requirements of Telesales Team Leader

• Graduation in sales, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years in leadership role in telecom or banking.
