Shipping industry in Dubai is currently seeking enthusiastic and results driven individual to join their team as Telesales Officer. The Tele sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling their products/services over the phone, engaging with prospective customers, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities of Telesales Officer

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists or databases.
  • Introduce their products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match their requirements and preferences.
  • Answer questions and address concerns from customers, providing accurate information and solutions as needed.
  • Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets set by the Sales Manager or team leader.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads contacted, and sales closed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitive offerings to effectively position their products/services in the market.
  • Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements of Telesales Officer

  • High school diploma in relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
