Responsibilities of Telesales officer

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  
• Present and explain our products/services to prospective clients.
  
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about product features and benefits.
  
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
  
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
  Ensure timely and daily recording of invoices and stock issues in the inventory management system.
• Review daily stock levels of raw material and prepare store purchase requisitions.
• Generate monthly aging report / import planner/ slow moving item reports.
• Perform any task or report set out by Logistics Director as required by the company and operation needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Requirements of Telesales officer

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience of Less than 1 Year in the textile industry.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
