Responsibilities of Telesales Officer

• Execute Tele-calling activities as assigned to the team.
• Enhance ENR / Takaful sales, card activation rates, control customer attrition.
• Ensure minimum requirement of calls are made.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Ensuring guidelines are adhered to and call quality is maintained while interacting with clients.
• Support an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
• Ensure deliverables are of the right level of service.

Requirements of Telesales Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Finance, or Communication.
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
