Job Description

Dhabi Islamic Bank is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Telesales Officer. The role holder is responsible to participate in the achievement of Tele calling activities assigned to the Telesales Unit. If you are willing for this role then submit your application now.

Responsibilities of Telesales Officer

  • Execute Tele-calling activities as assigned to the team.
  • Enhance ENR / Takaful sales, card activation rates, control customer attrition.
  • Ensure minimum requirement of calls are made.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring guidelines are adhered to and call quality is maintained while interacting with clients.
  • Support an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
  • Ensure deliverables are of the right level of service.

Requirements of Telesales Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Finance, or Communication.
  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Display flexibility in dealing with clients and other team members.
  • Customer service skills in order to resolve customer complaints
