Sharaf DG is presently recruiting suitably skilled and experienced candidate for role of Telesales Executive Financial Services in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible to acquire Banking Products through telemarketing activities. This vacancy has just been announced by the company. Responsibilities of Telesales Activities Financial Services

• Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
• Updating customer information in the CRM.
• Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.
• MIS & reports, daily calls status, CRM updates, sales data etc.
• Success ratio, offering the right products to the customers.
• Meet the calls target set for the day.
• Perform any other telesales related duty as asked by the higher ups or which may fall within the scope of job work.

Requirements for Role of Telesales Executive

The eligibility requirements for role of Telesales Executive Financial Services are as under:-

• Preferably University degree sales, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months in tele sales experience in outbound calling

Skills & Abilities Desired

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Banking knowledge on credit cards.
• Candidates who can join on immediate basis.
• Female staffs preferred for our outbound call center, tele sales experience preferred.
