Job Description

Sharaf DG LLC is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of Telesales Executive in Banking at Ground Floor, Al Hilal Building, 34B Sheikh Rashid Rd, Garhoud , Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Desirous candidates fulfilling under mentioned criteria are encouraged to submit their applications.

Responsibilities of Telesales Executive

  • Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts.
  • Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
  • Updating customer information in the CRM.
  • Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.
  • MIS & reports in Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc.
  • Success ratio in Offering the right products to the customers.
  • Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.

Requirements for Role of Telesales Executive

The requirements for the job role of Telesales Executive are as under:

  • Preferably University Degree.
  • Minimum 6 months in tele sales experience in outbound calling is a plus.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Banking knowledge on credit cards prefer.
