Responsibilities of Telesales Executive

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote their products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate leads and drive sales.
• Identify customer needs and provide information about product features and benefits.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in their CRM system.

Requirements of Telesales Executive
