Embassy Suites Hilton Dubai  is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Telephone Operator. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing information, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities of Telephone Operator

• Handle incoming calls to answer questions, refer callers to other departments, or transfer them to specialists.
• Receive incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Respond to incoming calls in an appropriate manner, based on call type and content.
• Help customers use the phone system by providing information about rates and services offered by the company.
• Provide customer service to customers through the telephone by taking incoming calls, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems and providing information.

Requirements of Telephone Operator

• Certifications or vocational training in customer service, hospitality, or telephone operations.
• 2+years similar previous work experiences.

• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
