Movenpick Resort Al Marjan Island is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Telephone Operator. The role holder will take care of the guests by answering to all the calls in our Royal Service Center. If you are willing for this role then submit your application now.

Responsibilities of Telephone Operator

• Greet, respond to requests and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service.
• Royal Service Center is a One Stop Shop and you will be assisting the guests for all room service orders as well as responding to all their queries and requests.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay.

Requirements of Telephone Operator

• High School diploma or certification in related field.
• Should have minimum 1 years of experience in similar role for a 5 Star Resort in UAE.
• Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is Mandatory.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Being Multi lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus .
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
