Duties of Tele Sales Representative

• Contacting potential customers.
• Focus on customer needs and use them to close sales.
• Documenting customer information and purchases and answer questions asked by potential customers.
• Present and promote range of products/services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Success ratio, offering the right products to the customers.
• Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.

Eligiblity Criteria

Following is the selection criteria for the role of Tele Sales Representative at alpha Health Group:

• Higher diploma
• Minimum 1 Year of experience.
• DOH/MOH/DHA License or DHA Eligibility.
