Fortes Education is currently accepting applications for the post of Tele Sales Agent in UAE. The agent will be joining Jumeirah International Nurseries (JINS) in Dubai. Interested candidates should make use of this opportunity before it’s too late.

Purpose of Tele Sales Agent

Reach out to existing and potential clients through marketing campaigns creating awareness about institute. Strengthen customer relations by contributing to the school’s overall growth.

Duties of Tele Sales Center Executive

  • Reach out to existing and potential customers and persuade them to admit their children to school.
  • Monitor the reach the self performance goals
  • Be quick and manage great number of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • While handling various topics, follow communication scripts.
  • Analyze the needs of customers. Answer queries, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback if required.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all customers.
  • Keep records of all conversations in call center database.
  • Meet the qualitative and quantitative targets assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High School Certificate/ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years Internship / experience in customer service / telesales.

Skills & Proficiencies

  • Ability to maintain professional relationship with customers.
  • Excellent Communication in English and Arabic is a must (Oral & Written).
  • Hardworking and adaptable.
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to sustain stress.
