Job Description

Emirates Airlines is presently hiring skilled and devoted candidate for job role of Technology Recruitment Partner in Dubai. The role holder will be providing a complete cycle of end-to-end recruitment experience to Group IT Business within the Emirates Group, from attracting, sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and extending offers to high calibre tech candidates capable and competent to perform the role and fit the Emirates Group Values. This is achieved through the formulation and implementation of recruitment strategy and methodology to achieve a consistent quality outcome whilst protecting the integrity of the Emirates Group recruitment process.

Duties of Technology Recruitment Partner

  • Use various sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified technology professionals, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, IT managers, and other tech roles. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ technical skills and qualifications to ensure they meet the job requirements.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads involves in-depth discussions to gain a thorough understanding of their technology-related staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed about job opportunities within the organization.
  • Contribute to the organization’s employer branding efforts to attract top technology talent. This may include participating in tech events, tech community engagement, and promoting the company’s tech culture.
  • Provide valuable insights through data analysis to management, including business and HR, by presenting information on offers declined, salary comparisons, highlighting recruitment challenges, and recommending solutions and alternatives to attract candidates.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, aiming for a diverse technology workforce.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top technology talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.

Requirements for Role of Technology Recruitment Partner

The requirements for the job role of Technology Recruitment Partner are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • + 8 years of technology recruitment experience.
  • Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks).

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework.
  • Ability to organise skills assessment centres (In tray activities, work samples, presentation topics).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS Systems.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve.
  • Able to form effective relationships at all levels of the business, including executives and senior leaders.
  • Open and flexible in your approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
