The Technical Trainer CV&HE RTA Project at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group will be responsible to assess training needs, create training materials, and teach classes as per the rules and regulation of RTA. There is no gender restriction for this role, both males and females can apply.

Responsibilities of Technical Trainer

• Develop training manuals and class materials Presented by RTA.
• Set up training systems and equipment for technicians, mechanics, and other technical staff.
• Supports in the development of teaching materials and course development of motor vehicle programmes.
• Maintain documentation on learners and preparing portfolios of Motor Vehicle programmes.
• Submits monthly report on training activities & performance to senior management.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
• Participates in HSE incident investigation ensure corrective preventive actions are adequately taken and closed out.
• Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to service workshop policies and procedures.
• Applies the manufacturer’s directives and safety rules.
• Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
• Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.

Requirements for Technical Trainer

• Technical diploma completion certificate in automobile technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the workshop dealer.

Skills Desired

• Language preference English, Hindi, Arabic.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic system.
• Valid USAE Driving License.
