Al Masaood presently has a job opening for suitably skilled and motivated candidate for the role of Technical Trainer Automotive (Arabic Speaker) in Abu Dhabi. The Job holder is responsible to implement and deliver employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, soft-skills development, technical training, or e-learning.

Responsibilities of Technical Trainer Automotive

• Conducts in-house technical training to technicians, quality controller, team leader and service advisor as per the requirements by the workshop.
• Conducts technical training (N-STEP) to technicians, quality controller, team leader and service advisor.
• Cascades necessary information to all concerned staff concerning trainings attended (e.g. New Model Train the Trainor training to NMEF).
• Conducts technical training to fleet companies as per established requirements.
• Provides assistance in handling Skills Contest activities (preparation, elimination round, exams, etc.).
• Supports the Technical Training Manager analyzing the staff’s training needs.
• Undertake additional responsibility as required.

Requirements for Role of Technical Trainer Automotive

• A bachelor’s degree in automotive technology education or a related field.
• 2-4 years experience in a related field/role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge of current learning and development methods.
• Proven ability to work independently and with others.
• Able to nurture talent, manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
• MS Office advanced skills.
