Responsibilities of Technical Support Engineer
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolution in their CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements of Technical Support Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
