Responsibilities of Technical Support Engineer

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Document and track customer interactions and issue resolution in their CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements of Technical Support Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
