IFFCO is currently looking to hire qualified candidates for the role of a Technical Service Lead in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure all the machines in the market are as per sales forecast. Ensure maintenance and upkeep of assets in the market to improve service standards. Responsibilities of A Technical Service Lead

• Responsible for procurement of dispensing machines across countries, liaising with sales team, central purchase and vendors.
• Asset Tracking, data compilation of purchase and movement of both machines,spare parts and fleet.
• Operational efficiency, manpower and fleet productivity.
• Warehouse, inventory management.
• Development of new products, vendors and innovations of the existing product.
• Control expenses on capex, repair and maintenance.
• Training of Manpower on technical and customer orientation on a continuous basis.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Technical Service Lead are as under:

• B Tech/M Tech.
• Minimum of 8 years work experience in Customer Service, Refrigeration, PLC Control.
• Must have Worked in a Post Mix Operation – Fountain Beverages minimum of 5 years.
• Knowledge of water filtration.
