Technical Product Owner (Digital) at Emirates Airlines in Garhoud Area opposite to Airport Terminal 3, Dubai, UAE is an expert focusing on building a seamless customer experience across digital channels, optimizing every touchpoint for Emirates Group customers. Working closely with two feature teams, candidate drive the backlog and oversee the implementation of various initiatives spanning across the Emirates group websites.  In addition, job holder will build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives and ensuring that the Emirates group websites continue to exceed customer expectations while driving business value.  Candidate will act as the bridge between the software engineering teams and your stakeholders. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Technical Product Owner Digital

• Be a part of their Product community, focusing on collaboration cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, architecture & business partners & identifying opportunities of improvement and growth.
• Be able to analyze business functionality changes and determine features and stories that clearly articulate the full range of amendments/enhancements that need to be done to both vendor and in-house systems.
• Own the entire lifecycle of the Product and drive product development through your engineering and scrum teams.
• Write and refine user stories, priorities backlogs & support sprint ceremonies.
• Define detailed use cases, product requirements & technical specs needed to support roadmap initiatives.
• Set product objectives, define success metrics and deliver business outcomes, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
• Continuously innovate and iterate as you deliver your roadmap in order to provide the best product and solutions possible.
• Deliver world class user journeys that their customers value.
• Document process flows to illustrate to-be states and changes to information flow.
• Conduct discoveries/feasibilities that potentially lead to RFI/RFT with the ability to manage those to conclusion with detailed vendor evaluations.
• At times be required to engage, drive and manage vendor priorities and activities pertaining to your prioritized backlog.

Requirements for Role of Technical Product Owner Digital

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in product ownership/management in a team-facing capacity.
• Experience in Modern responsive websites.
• SAFe PO/PM certified is a plus.
