Job Description
NAFFCO is actively seeking a experienced and qualified individual to take on the job role of Technical Coordinator in Ajman. This is an Intermediate full time role. For this position salary ranges from 2500-3000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Technical Coordinator
- Coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with problem-solving and decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in technology.
- Manage the procurement and installation of technical equipment and software, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Making weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements for Role of Technical Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in same field.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office, excel, PowerPoint.
