Team Leader Transportation Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Dubai

An opportunity has arisen for Team Leader to join the Transportation team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences in Dubai Marina- Al Marsa Street- DMCC Metro Station- Near Millennium Place Marina Hotel., Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an Intermediate level full time job. For this job the salary ranges from 6000-12000 AED/month which may be slightly negotiable during interview process.

Responsibilities of Team Leader

• Set an example for all Drivers in regards to punctuality, grooming, courtesy, attitude, team work, guest relations and adherence to the Jumeirah standards and Heart of Jumeirah.
• Ensure that all the drivers are properly allocate for guest movements.
• Ensure no delays in vehicle movement and that guest are picked up and dropped off on time.
• Ensure that the Drivers record all trips in the vehicle log with accurate mileage and destination each time they take a vehicle.
• Ensure that the Drivers are on schedule and keep the vehicle ready for the guest well in advance.
• Print of Opera ‘Pick Up’ Report every 2 hours.
• Taking appropriate handover from previous shift Team leader of Cash float, parking cards, mobile phones, and car keys.
• Review all traces and alerts related to the arrivals/departures of the day and ensure close coordination with the team.
• Planning and Scheduling Transfer jobs by optimal utilization of manning guests from and to the Airport and on various trips within UAE.

Requirements of Team Leader

• You should ideally have a degree in hospitality.
• Previous experience in a multicultural environment.
• 1-2 years previous experience in a similar position within a 5* luxury property.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in English.
• Any additional languages will be preferred.
