Team Leader Security Jumeirah Beach Hotel

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join Security Department at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.  The job holder will be responsible for overseeing the security team to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property in the hotel environment.

Responsibilities of Team Leader Security

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating and guiding the team to achieve organizational/departmental goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Lead the team by example by demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity.
• Ensure all personnel, clients and their guests are greeted and attended to in a professional, efficient, and discreet manner, where applicable.
• Brief staff regarding duties before shift starts in Security Department.
• Ensure Duty roasters are compiled and advise on changes as applicable.
• Responsible for preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems.
• Responsible for managing stock and inventories, vendors directory, contract agreement where applicable.

Requirements of Team Leader Security

• Minimum High School Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in other 5-start properties

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Proficient in spoken and written business English
• Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels
• Multilingual with proficiency in at least one additional language.
