Job Purpose of A Team Leader

To supervise and lead the front desk staff in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth hotel or office operations.

Duties of A Team Leader

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating and guiding the team to achieve organizational or departmental goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Lead the team by example by demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity.
• Ensure all personnel, clients and their guests are greeted and attended to in a professional, efficient, and discreet manner, where applicable.
• Brief staff regarding duties before shift starts as applicable to your role and as per your department and function to ensure team remains up to date on all directives received from middle or higher management.
• Ensure Duty roasters are compiled and advise on changes as applicable.
• Responsible for preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems.
• Responsible for managing stock and inventories, vendors directory, contract agreement where applicable.

Qualification

• High School Diploma.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience at a similar facility and position.
