Responsibilities of Team Leader Front Office

• The Team Leader, Front Office – One&Only One Za’abeel will report to the Assistant Managers.
• Will help to maintain and action the day-to-day lobby activities, communicate with Housekeeping.
• Communicate with Call Center to ensure seamless guests’ service is provided.
• Perform any other job duty as assigned by higher authorities

Requirements of Team Leader Front Office

• You have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
• Have worked in a luxury hotel or resort in a similar position, a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• An additional language such as Chinese, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian is advantageous.
