Team Leader Front Office Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences Dubai

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join Front Office team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an Intermediate level full time job. For this job the salary ranges from 6000-12000 AED/month which may be slightly negotiable during interview process.

Responsibilities of Team Leader

• Ensure that all check-in details are accurately enter in the computer.
• Ensure that arriving guests are register in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure.
• Ensure that rooms are sold at the best possible rate, thus maximizing hotel revenue.  Maximum room occupancy and revenue is to be achieve at all times.
• Endeavour to maintain high standards of the hotel with particular regard to importance of VIP’s.
• Ensure account instructions concerning discounts or special rates are compiles with all times and recorded correctly on the appropriate worksheets.
• Ensure guests are escort to their rooms on check-in, explaining and up-selling the Hotel’s food and beverage facilities as well Spa facilities.
• Ensure that all check in messages are give to the guest on arrival.
• To ensure all room rates are post correctly by completing Room Rate variance report.
• To complete detailed handover of business at end and beginning of shift.
• To ensure that the Guest Services Executives have balanced the day’s work and reported any errors.

Requirements of Team Leader

• Pre-University (+2) or above.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• 3 years of experience within the international luxury hospitality industry of Dubai.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

Any additional language will be considered as a plus (Russian/Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian/Mandarin).
