Team Leader Ferrari Al Tayer Group Dubai

Al Tayer Group is currently looking for a Team Leader Ferrari who will be responsible to plan, organize and manage daily maintenance and repair of customers’ vehicles, ensuring high quality of workmanship which meets the set standard of manufacturer’s and customers’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities of Team Leader Ferrari Maserati

• Allocate the jobs based on the job cards received to the team to achieve maximum labour utilization.
• Control and monitor work in progress at shop floor.
• Ensure technicians clock in and out correctly in the system.
• Ensure repair order write up of technicians are as per manufacture’s audit requirements.
• Upgrade technical knowledge through web based courses and class room training.
• Follow up on each repair and advise the technician about the schedule time and completion date to get team effort for delivery of the vehicle on time.
• Prepare the repair request for additional work.
• Providing guidance on the repair method, parts supply and monitoring delays in repairs wherever necessary.
• Arrange parts in case the vehicle is getting delayed due to Parts Not Available in the counter, discuss with parts dept & the supervisor for further action.
• Promptly communicate the delay to Service Advisor/ Controller.
• Monitor tools, workshop equipment and shop consumables of his team to ensure availability and serviceability, for prompt servicing of vehicles.
• Ensure that company’s health safety policies are followed, all tools equipments are kept in good order, and house keeping standards are maintained so as to preserve a good safe and healthy working environment.
• Evaluate and monitor performance of the subordinate against set standard, identify necessary training and follow up with Workshop Manager for delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Team Leader Ferrari Maserati are as under:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile technology.
• 5-8 years of experience in the automotive service field with 3-5 years in a team leader/section head/ Supervisor role.
