Responsibilities of Team Lead Acquisition

  • Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission.
  • Generate client acquisition plan.
  • Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition.
  • Tracking sales target of the team.
  • Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate.
  • Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target.
  • Analyze competition strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research.
  • Maintain accurate records of acquisition.
  • Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
  • Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
  • Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.
  • Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
  • Management for reporting and support.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Team Lead Acquisition are as under:

  • Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience within Sales including managing a team.
