Responsibilities of Team Lead Acquisition
- Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission.
- Generate client acquisition plan.
- Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition.
- Tracking sales target of the team.
- Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate.
- Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target.
- Analyze competition strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research.
- Maintain accurate records of acquisition.
- Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
- Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
- Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.
- Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
- Management for reporting and support.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for the role of a Team Lead Acquisition are as under:
- Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field.
- 3-5 years of experience within Sales including managing a team.
