Job Description

Nowadays, Transguard Group is actively seeking applications from devoted candidates for position of Team Assistant – Banking for their trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Job Purpose of A Team Assistant

  • Provide support to the IB Origination & Advisory coverage team based in Dubai.
  • Provide cover in supporting the FIC (Fixed Income & Currencies) business.
  • Dealing with senior management and high profile clients on a daily basis.

Your Duties As A Team Assistant

  • Organise complex travel schedules including visas.
  • Liaising with local offices where appropriate whilst ensuring trips are fully approved and ticketed within set deadlines.
  • Booking of security / transfer logistics.
  • Complex diary management and the coordination of meetings and conference calls with clients.
  • Preparation of meeting packs / reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Process expenses.
  • Invoice processing/ raising client invoices.
  • Assisting in the deal related expenses process / finance.
  • Additional administrative adhoc tasks /phone line coverage.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in finance or commerce.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
  • Proven Banking experience and experience working within a senior management environment.

Skills Desired

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must speak and write as per desired standards.
  • Be able to work under pressure and show acute awareness regarding the handling of sensitive information.
  • The ability to forge strong internal and external client relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and use discretion with sensitive management issues.
  • Excellent organization / prioritization skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
