Tax Manager Al Ansari Exchange UAE

Al Ansari Exchange is currently accepting applications from interested candidates for the position of a Tax Manager in UAE. The Role is required to manage and handle the Corporate tax and VAT related activities in line with tax laws and regulations including implementation of corporate tax and development of tax policies.

Job Duties of Tax Manager

• Work closely with Head of Regulatory Reporting in assessing the impact of corporate tax and drive implementation of tax accounting automation initiatives for the entire Group.
• Develop tax compliance policies and Transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepare tax computations, supporting documents and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT and CT returns.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations, monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, assess the impact on the Group and recommend necessary action.
• Ensure proper accounting of tax related provisions, deferred tax assets/liabilities and effective tax rate in the financial statements.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulators on tax related matters.
• Provide cross-functional tax advisory for various tax issues.

Job Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of Tax Manager are as under:

Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience

• At least five years of relevant experience.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Big4 experience is advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing tax compliance and planning.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
