Job Description
As a Talent Management Officer at Tabreed, candidate will be responsible to provide advisory and support services to Tabreed’s various divisions & departments in Training & employee development activities to meet the competency requirements of the company.
Responsibilities
- Training Need Analysis: Coordinate with division/department to evaluate training requirements and conduct training needs analysis.
- Provide support, advice and give professional assistance to departments with respect to Training and Development Plan.
- Develop the consolidated Training and Development Plan
- In-house and External Training Programs: Own and manage new employee orientation program, including content development, coordination and evaluation
- Conduct research in identifying training courses that offer optimum usefulness to the nominated employees.
- Provide nomination for various courses & employee development programme based on need analysis to ensure competency/skill enhancement.
- Complete required SCM purchase requisitions in timely manner
- Develop internal training marketing strategies
- Training Budget: Keep track of all requisitions and payments made out of training budget
- Suggest innovative procedures that enable the organization to control and modify its training costs, obtain approval for implementation and ensure that such procedures are implemented.
- Collate these requirements in such a way that budgeting can be undertaken for financial planning purposes. Check and revise training budgets and seek approval.
- Development Programs Monitoring: Monitor the progress of the employees in coordination with line management through performance evaluation.
- Provide Career Development Plan for Tabreed Employees along with L&E Manager.
- Coordinate Individual Development Plan with the concerned department and assist in placing employees in the target position. Maintain a progress record for the employee advancement.
- Provide Career Enhancement for UAE nationals. Serve as training advisor and career counsellor to supervisors and employees
- Feedback & Reporting: Conduct Training effectiveness Feedback to ensure quality of training course contents & delivery.
- Review and analyze feedback to establish courses which appear to provide most benefit to the company’s employees.
- Maintain Training Records & Reports to track the training & development programme across Tabreed.
Requirements for Role of Talent Management Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant experience in the Human Resources function.
