About the Role

Aldar Education is seeking a Talent Executive for an immediate start at the HQ office in Abu Dhabi. This is a temporary position reserved for UAE Nationals, offering an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading education providers in the region. Furthermore, the successful candidate will manage the full recruiting process, coordinate with hiring managers across schools and departments, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the Aldar Education network.

Key Responsibilities

As Talent Executive, you will manage the recruiting process using the company’s Application Tracking System (Oracle), relevant job boards, and social media channels. Additionally, you will coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, and source applicants through LinkedIn and professional networks. Moreover, your duties include creating job descriptions and interview questions, planning interview and selection procedures, and assessing candidates’ information including CVs, portfolios, and references. Furthermore, you will serve as a brand ambassador at career fairs and recruiting events, build long-term relationships with candidates, and manage candidate pools to ensure qualified individuals remain engaged. In addition, you will create reports on key talent acquisition metrics and suggest improvements to talent acquisition activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the education sector, is required. Furthermore, familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks is essential, along with experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques. Moreover, knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Oracle and experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions are required. Candidates must also demonstrate strong organisational skills, fluent English communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
