Job Description
Talent Development Executive at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC in Sheikha Mariam Bldg, Al Maktoum Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE will be responsible for co-designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs within Al Batha Healthcare. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness. Candidate will work closely with the HRBP and other key stakeholders to align development initiatives with business objectives and ensure a high-performing workforce. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Talent Development Executive
- Co- develop and execute talent development strategies aligned with company goals and the pharmaceutical industry’s unique needs. Identify skill gaps and create programs to address them.
- Support the development and enhancement of programs, i.e. Onboarding, leadership training, capability enhancement.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development needs. Use tools and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with group level L&D to support the implementation leadership development initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline of future leaders. Coordinate the offering of coaching and mentorship to high-potential employees.
- Develop and manage career pathing and succession planning processes to support employee growth and retain top talent.
- Partner with department heads, and external vendors to ensure development programs are relevant and impactful. Coordinate with other HR functions to integrate development efforts.
- Ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements and company policies. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent development.
- Track and report on training program outcomes, employee progress, and development ROI. Use analytics to drive continuous improvement in talent development practices.
Requirements for Role of Talent Development Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, training, or a related HR function.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training and development programs, particularly in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR software.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong skills in leadership development, coaching, and mentoring. Ability to influence and guide leaders and employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and training sessions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees, leaders, and external partners.
