Talent Acquisition Team Leader Johnson Controls Dubai

Talent Acquisition Team Leader (MEA) at Johnson Controls in Bin Brook Building 7th Floor, Building No 720, Hamdan Bin Mohammed St, Al Danah, E10, Abu Dhabi, UAE will be reporting to a Talent Acquisition Manager, supervising a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, responsible for hiring all roles (except exec level) across the JCI enterprise. This is a regional role responsible for multiple countries. Candidate will work closely with the manager and key stakeholders to consult on staffing strategy and influence hiring practices. To deliver on these objectives, you supervise your team, manage capacity, build pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles, and deliver to KPI’s. Candidate remain a productive member of the TA COE, personally responsible for complex or more senior requisitions. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Team Leader

  • Oversee all Talent Acquisition activity within your team for specific countries.
  • Tracking of all open requisitions and their current hiring status – including time in stage (launch, sourcing, manager review, interview and offer process), conversion ratios, source ROI, and diversity.
  • Working as a part of a broader regional team, ensuring TA Management is updated and supporting activity as required.
  • Ensure Hiring Managers are aligned and aware of the hiring activities for their open positions with continuous collaboration and communication.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract and engage external talent, including market research and participation in different events within the local community.
  • Ensure your team are providing a best in class candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Managing hiring activities to ensure timeline completion for various hiring projects, including local regulatory requirements.
  • Management, engagement and motivation of TA Partners. Conducing regular 1:1’s and appraisals, and managing all activity associated with performance, leave of absence, and turnover/recruiting/onboarding into the team.

Requirements for Role of Talent Acquisition Team Leader

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a corporate high volume full cycle recruitment function across multiple geographies.
  • People supervisory experience.
  • Experience with enterprise ATS & CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Successful complex stakeholder management skills within a diverse matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of local recruitment and labor legislation.
  • English essential, second language desirable.
