Pharmalink Drug Store presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist

Create and publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources.
Screen resumes and job applications & conduct initial phone screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates, as well as conducting interviews to both entry-level & middle management positions.
Manage the scheduling and feedback process with Line Managers and ensure a positive experience for both candidates & Line Managers.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Ensure successful onboarding for new hires through effective communication with PROs & Line managers.
Participate in regular HR operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements for Role of Talent Acquisition Specialist

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Recruitment & Onboarding.
UAE experience is a preferable.
Experience in Assessments is a plus.
