Responsibilities of A Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Point of contact for the recruitment related topics of assigned organization scope.
• Participate in different recruitment and projects to contribute for the improvement of recruitment process.
• Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis.
• Source and assess candidates as per the standards and qualifications from the client.
• Post and manage the candidates pooling using the online recruitment platforms.

Requirements for Role of Talent Acquisition Specialist

The eligibility requirements for role of Talent Acquisition Specialist are as under:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years working experience, with a good understanding of the different Recruitment and HR processes.
• Ideally experience in any of the sectors: Engineering, O&G, Construction, Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Telco Sector and Railway.
• Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Having experience hiring BIM resources is an advantage.
• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
