Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and executives, with full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, meeting their staffing needs and driving their strategic objectives. Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Partner
- Solid understanding and research before the recruitment kick-off.
- Active sourcing of candidates for various positions using different channels and tools to build a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Pre-screening of candidates.
- Interviewing of candidates via MS Teams and in person.
- Facilitate interviews between the hiring manager and the candidate.
- Keeping data abreast on the ATS (Zoho-Recruit).
- Active negotiator and release offer to the selected candidate.
- Proactively build the network of talent for the various positions.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of Talent Acquisition Partner are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in recruiting across all levels of positions globally
- Preferably agency experienced.
