Chalhoub Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Ecommerce, Data and Tech team in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional talent. In this position, job holder will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees. Candidate should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. Candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing their organization’s commitment in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture by attracting, sourcing and hiring top talent from diverse backgrounds. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Will work closely with the assigned business vertical to fill all requisitions in a timely manner with high calibre talent.
  • Lead the briefing conversation to understand hiring requirements, sourcing strategy and interview process and align on timeline according to SLAs.
  • Provide talent attraction advice and execute talent attraction tactics to ensure Chalhoub Group brand is well placed and attracts quality talent.
  • Effectively screen candidates in alignment with their culture and values and aligned competencies.
  • Provide effective reporting communication to assist with briefing Hiring Managers on shortlisted talent, market insights and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate journey through all touch points of the candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure best practice throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Continually build networks and communities to source and pipeline talent.
  • Will foster collaboration between departments.

Requirements for Role of Talent Acquisition Partner

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience in recruiting ecommerce, data and tech for example: performance marketing, online merchandising, software developers, product manager & data analysts.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar field; with strong knowledge of omnichannel retail in the region.
  • Experience recruiting in the European and/or Middle Eastern Markets.
  • Experience in social sourcing tools.
