Transguard Group presently has a job opening for an experienced candidate for the position of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The selected candidate will contributes to global vision as an employer of choice and will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as generating and nurturing talent pipelines, for Emiratization purposes, and support with recruitment activities for additional META market roles.

Duties of A Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Within the end-to-end recruitment process, you will work in close partnership with the hiring managers and local HR teams from the moment you receive a request to recruit.
• You will perform necessary tasks using HR and Recruitment platforms; source, screen and interview candidates.
• Organize stakeholder interviews, all the while offering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• In this role you will support the regional Talent Acquisition team in managing referrals and external talent pools, through dedicated Talent Pool System.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for future recruitment needs, you will also support where needed with internal talent pools with the organization of local assessment centres and internal interviews.
• Additionally, as part of this role you’ll support your markets in attracting local talent through university partnerships to develop and maintain relationships with target schools to support your market on all topics related to university recruiting.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 1-3 years professional experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• UAE National, with a Family Book.

Skills Desired

• Evidence of working as a recruitment partner with key stakeholders.
• Advanced written and verbal proficiency in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional team members.
• Strong follow-up and on-time execution and a proactive approach in identifying overall business hiring needs.
